What to do on your first visit to NSG

Please provide photo ID (Driving Licence, Passport) and proof of your address (Utility Bill or equivalent). BN Members please provide your BN Card and details of any BN affiliated club you are already a member of. If you are new to Naturism you are welcome to wear a swimming costume on your first visit. On the evening you should bring shower gel and two towels, as it's naturist etiquette to use a towel when sitting anywhere, particularly when in the health suite, and the other towel is used to dry yourself.
